Rates, Estimates & Referrals

RATES:

Residential (In-Home): $75 / hour *

Commercial Business (On-Site): $125 / hour**

* Same rates apply for drive time to/from project site and removal of donation/recycling/trash disposal after each work session.

**Additional 15% project management fee for commercial moves & construction projects.

RECYCLING + DONATIONS + SELECT SALES:

I offer full service recycling & trash removal at each session. I’m committed to helping the environment with earth-friendly recycling. I use Ridwell for items such as plastic, styrofoam, batteries, light bulbs, latex paint and more. I can book affordable and efficient larger capacity trash, recycling and donation removal on same day as project upon request.

I facilitate all additional donations, removal for resellers, and select private sales. This includes thoughtful donations to non-profit organizations, making connections with recycling and reseller vendors (furniture, hardware, metal, etc.), privately selling select items to buyers / antique dealers, and / or teaching clients how to navigate selling apps and consignment stores. Standard rates apply for these additional services.

ESTIMATES:

I offer one 30 minute complimentary phone consult to discuss, prioritize, and estimate your project(s). Prior to or after our call, you can share photos via text or email of the spaces we will be working on. I work quickly! See my PROJECTS tab for examples.

REFERRALS:

I offer one free hour to existing clients who refer me to someone new that I end up working with. As a sole proprietor who’s business is based largely on referrals, I am so grateful for the support.
